Booking · Pag-book
How do I reserve a unit?
Sign in first, or create a guest account — you need one to book. Then press Book this unit on the unit you want, fill in your dates and how many of you there are, check the summary and press Confirm booking. You get a reference code beginning with EW-. Then send the 50% deposit by GCash within 48 hours; the front desk confirms your booking once it has arrived, and the rest is paid when you arrive, in cash or by GCash. You can hold one booking at a time.
Can I book more than one unit or make two bookings?
One booking at a time per account. Once that stay is checked out or cancelled you can book again. If you need two units for the same dates, call the front desk on 0919 380 9155 and we will arrange it.
Kailangan ba ng account para mag-book?
Opo — kailangan pong mag-sign in o gumawa ng guest account bago mag-book.
Can I cancel or move my booking?
You can cancel a booking yourself before your arrival date: My account, then My stays, then Cancel. Deposits are strictly non-refundable, so money already paid is not returned. If you would rather move to other dates, ring the front desk on 0919 380 9155 as early as you can and we will do our best. A booking nobody arrives for is not refunded either.
What payment methods do you accept?
The 50% deposit is paid by GCash: open the Pay page, send the deposit in your GCash app and type in the GCash reference number (numbers only). The front desk checks it against the account. The rest is paid when you arrive, in cash or by GCash.
Do you have any promos?
SUMMER10 gives 10% off stays of two nights or more, and LOCALAURORA takes a flat ₱500 off the room subtotal for Aurora residents. Enter the code on the booking form.

How much is a night at the Villa House?
The Everlasting Villa House is ₱12,000 for a 24-hour booking and is good for 18 pax in 4 big air-conditioned rooms. It includes a beachfront deck, four big bedrooms and a full kitchen.
What are your room rates?
Tents are ₱300 for two people, ₱450 for four, ₱850 for six and ₱1,500 for a family tent. A cottage is ₱1,500 a night. A Transient Unit or an air-conditioned Kubo House is ₱3,000, the Twin House ₱7,000 and the Villa House ₱12,000. The Function Hall is ₱5,000 per day. Entrance is ₱50 per guest on cottages and camping, charged once for the visit and free for children aged 10 and under; the villa, twin house, kubo and transient units have no entrance fee because the rate covers the whole unit.
Magkano ang mga cottage at kwarto?
Villa House ₱12,000 kada gabi (18 pax, 4 na kwartong may aircon). Twin House ₱7,000. Function Hall ₱5,000. Kubo House at Transient Unit ₱3,000 bawat isa. Cottages ₱1,500.
Do you give senior citizen or PWD discounts?
Yes. Senior citizens (60 years old and above) and persons with disability get a 20% discount on their own share of the stay, as the law requires (RA 9994 for senior citizens, RA 10754 for PWDs). Show your senior citizen or PWD ID at the front desk when you arrive and the discount is taken off there. The online booking still shows the full rate.
May discount ba ang senior citizen at PWD?
Opo.
Is there an entrance fee?
Yes, but only for cottages and camping: entrance is ₱50 per person, charged once for the visit rather than per night, adults and children alike. The houses — villa, twin house, kubo and transient — have no entrance fee, because the rate covers the whole unit.
Facilities · Pasilidad
May swimming pool ba?
May kuryente ba?
May aircon ba?
May tubig ba?
Is there Wi-Fi?
Yes, Piso WiFi — the coin-operated kind: drop in a peso coin for a few minutes of internet. Bring coins, or use your own mobile data.
May wifi ba?
Can we camp on the beach?
Yes. Tents are ₱300 for two people, ₱450 for four, ₱850 for six and ₱1,500 for a family tent, plus the ₱50 entrance per guest, once. Campers get the shared washrooms, the picnic tables under the agoho trees and the shoreline. Book a camping pitch the same way as a room.
What amenities are available?
Beach frontage with seating under the trees, open and family cottages, a shared kitchen with gas stove and refrigerator, air-conditioned rooms in the houses and transient units, private toilet and bath, the function hall, Piso WiFi (coin-operated), and parking inside the gate.
Food and events · Pagkain
Do you serve food?
No — we do not cook for guests and there is no restaurant or canteen on the property. Guests cook for themselves. There is a shared kitchen with a gas stove, sink and refrigerator; the villa has its own full kitchen. Bring your food with you: the nearest market and stores are in the Dinalungan town proper, a few minutes by tricycle — see the Explore page.
May pagkain ba o kailangan magdala?
Do you host weddings and events?
Yes, you can hold a wedding, reunion, seminar or birthday here. The Everlasting Function Hall is ₱5,000 a day, seats 120, and comes with a sound system, projector and a prep room for your caterer. We rent the hall only — we do not provide the food, so bring your own caterer or cook on site. Remember we are closed on Saturdays.
Your stay · Pananatili
Anong oras kayo bukas?
Check-in po ay 6:00 AM hanggang 10:00 PM lang, at check-out ay 12:00 NN. Walang po tao sa gate pagkalipas ng 10:00 PM, kaya tumawag po sa 0919 380 9155 kung ma-le-late kayo.
Do you have activities, boats or water sports?
No — we do not run tours, boat trips or water sports, and there is no equipment to hire on the property. What there is: the beach, the grounds and the function hall. For anything further afield, the Explore page lists the places around Dinalungan with directions from our gate.
May activities o banana boat ba kayo?
What is there to do nearby?
Nipoo Adventure Water Park is in the same barangay as us, the first waterpark in Aurora. Around Dinalungan there is Bulawan Falls in Brgy. Paleg next door and the Bungo River. Camp Andrie Beach Resort is also in Nipoo, in Sitio Marabini, and has its own restaurant. For food and supplies, the nearest is the Dinalungan Public Market and the stores in the town proper, a few minutes by tricycle. The Explore page on this site lists them all, with directions from our gate.
What time is check-in and checkout?
Check-in is 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM only — nobody is at the gate after that — and checkout is 12:00 NN. We are closed every Saturday, so a stay cannot start, end or run across one. If you need a later checkout, ask the front desk on the day; it depends on whether the unit is booked after you.
Where exactly is the resort?
We are at Purok 5, Brgy. Nipoo, Dinalungan, Aurora, along the Baler-Casiguran road. Buses and vans on that route pass the resort — tell the driver Purok 5, Nipoo. From the Dinalungan terminal it is about 15 minutes by tricycle.
Can we bring pets?
Well-behaved pets are welcome in the Kubo Houses and cottages, but not in the Villa House, Twin House or Function Hall. Please tell us in advance.
